BECOME A HEARTAWARE NETWORK MEMBER

To become a HeartAware network member, hospitals must have the knowledge, resources and staff to successfully detect, prevent and educate about heart disease, including:

• Education resources
• Diagnostic procedures
• Treatment programs
• Quality outcomes

The role of a HeartAware network member is to:

• Encourage the community to take the online HeartAware assessment.
• Offer free screenings to at-risk individuals.
• Build healthy patient relationships and provide education that leads to the provision of cardiovascular care, and appropriate and necessary treatment procedures.
